Malvin carries an industry experience of over 20 years, working his entire career in the private sector involved in the valuation of Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Hotels/ Resorts, Special properties throughout Fiji and in the Oceania region, working in Samoa, Tonga, Tuvalu, Nauru, and Cook Islands. He also assists with plant and machinery valuations and leads consultancy services for property development and investment analysis.

Louzanne has industry experience both in the public and private sector in property valuation spanning over 20 years with professional training in valuation of multi-storey commercial complexes, airports, service station, plant & machinery and timber concessions. She leads consultancy services for property finance, land administration, estate management, property development and property market research.  

Ray leads the Plant & Machinery Valuations with over 33 years’ experience in New Zealand, Australia and the South Pacific specializing in manufacturing and heavy industry sector for both Insurance /Financial Reporting and Asset Reconciliation. Ray is a current Board Member of the Plant & Machinery Infrastructure Committee with the New Zealand Property Institute, guiding aspiring prospects through their career.

Eremodo carries an industry experience of 14 years, having worked entirely on the private sector undertaking valuations of largely residential properties for secured lending purposes throughout Fiji. He provides key support for all major commercial, hotel/resort and statutory valuations.

Meli carries experience of over 10 years in property management and development and has aided in residential and commercial valuations for the past 5 years. He is an eager professional working towards his registration as a Valuer.

Shivakar is an aspiring young professional in valuation with 5-years’ experience in the industry aiding in residential and commercial valuations. He is also working towards his registration as a Valuer.

 

Sailosi is a property management and development specialist with over 20yrs experience from concept development, project management, leasing administration and facilities management in most of the large commercial developments.. He holds an international membership on Strategic Facility Management under the banner of International Academy of Business & Financial Management –IABFM.

Nasra is a planning specialist with 40 years’ experience in the public sector with process development applications, forward planning (zoning); subdivision of land (subdivision scheme and engineering plans approval); and development control (building developments).  Nasra has in-depth knowledge of the development processes and the respective legislation’s that control developments.
